Welcome to Technique Studios!!!

Dear Students and Families,

As the owners of Technique Studios, we are excited to offer to our community St. Louis' newest athletics and performing arts school. It is our mission to provide to our students and their families, a genuine education in the disciplines of USA Gymnastics, Artistic Dance and Chinese Martial Arts. More than just a recreational facility, our students will have the opportunity to learn from talented, trained and experienced professionals. Each program has been carefully designed to include the most current and progressive curriculums. Students can expect to set personal goals and receive regular feedback on their progress; through verbal and written reports. Weekly lesson plans and year round curriculums have been incorporated into our character driven programs. Strength and conditioning homework can be expected through out the year to enhance and further our students learning experience.

Our instructors have not only been chosen for their knowledge and ability, but also by their character and goal-driven abilities. At Technique Studios, you will find that our lesson plans have incorporated character development, etiquette and discipline. Although we are a school whose focus is education, our programs are also FUN! Our instructors know that FUN is proven to be one of the most effective tools used for learning.

While at present, we are focused on providing the highest quality education in our current schedule of classes, we also have our Company eye toward future programs and expansions. We envision each program to include competitive teams in addition to our standard classes. And, one day, we aspire to build a full-size competititve gymnastics facility for those Technique students who wish to challenge themselves in the USAG Junior Olympic program.
