Technique Studios is St. Louis' premier athletics and performing arts school. Technique Studios offers professional instruction in Artistic Dance, USA Gymnastics and Chinese Martial Arts, Wushu.

More than just a recreational facility, Technique Studios provides students with the opportunity to learn proper technique from trained professionals. Just minutes from Hwy 141 and Hwy 270, we are conveniently located in the new Shoppes at Seven Oaks, at the corner of Big Bend Road and Dougherty Ferry Road.Our brand new facility includes 8000 sq. ft. of studio and gym space with state of the art equipment and flooring. Our facility has large viewing areas into all of our studio spaces as well as access to Technique Studios apparel and program specific apparel.
